Testimonials Date: June 17, 2008 Why I chose Jason Keefer Photography…. When we were planning our wedding, the photography was one of the most important aspects. The cake gets eaten and the dress gets put away, but the images from your wedding you will have forever. When we found JasonKeefer.com we knew we had to have images like the ones on the website from our wedding. There was such an artistic, unique quality that we hadn’t seen on any other website. When we met with Jason and Tammy it was like meeting long lost friends. There was a comforting quality to the two of them.  With all the stress of planning a wedding, we knew there was one thing we wouldn’t have to worry about, and that was that we would have two amazing people, beautifully documenting the most important day of our lives. Engagement photos… It is so unique to find a wedding photographer who provides a “package” deal.  Most wedding photographers charge you by the hour and wouldn’t dream of including engagement sittings. Had it not been included, we wouldn’t have done it, and we would have seriously missed out.  It was such a great chance to get to know Jason, and for Jason to get to know us. It is important for a wedding photographer to develop a rapport with the couple, know who they are, what they like, and a good chance to get comfortable having your picture taken. Not to mention all the beautiful images that came out from it. We treasure our images from that day. Jason and Tammy at our wedding… Having Jason and Tammy at our wedding was such a gift. Tammy was with my husband as he was getting ready and Jason was with the bridesmaids and me.  Jason had a way of making a whole room of women getting ready (our most vulnerable time) comfortable getting photographed. I must say that there are only of handful of times I remember seeing Jason and Tammy during the actual ceremony and reception. My mother recalls Jason running across the lawn “like a gazelle” not missing a step of me and my father walking down the aisle, likely a trick he picked up working as a photojournalist in the Navy. It wasn’t until after my friends got their photos uploaded and before Jason and Tammy uploaded theirs that we realized that they were everywhere. It was like “Where’s Waldo”. I believe Jason and Tammy were somewhere in every photo, crouched behind a bush, leaning against a wall, in a corner, not missing one moment of our wedding. What more could you want in a wedding photographer? Our images…. We couldn’t believe how many images were in our gallery! They were all beautiful. I don’t know how they do it, but it all the photos, everyone looks so great! It was such a treat to look through our images; it was like reliving the day over and over. Every detail was there.  Through their photographs, Jason and Tammy made our wedding day eternal. Our album…. Jason text me when my album was uploaded on the website.  I couldn’t get to a computer fast enough. I had watched other couples wedding albums over and over and I couldn’t wait to see how Jason had interpreted ours. I may be biased, but I had never seen a wedding album so beautiful.  Watching it brought all the emotions of the day back to me. The nerves of walking down the aisle, the comfort of my bridesmaids behind me, the cold rain on my shoulder. I showed my wedding album to anyone that I could. Every person responded the same way, “I have never seen such a beautiful wedding album in my life, who was your photographer?”.  What sets them apart from the rest… It isn’t until you have the pleasure of meeting with and working with Jason and Tammy that you can fully understand what makes them so special. They truly consider every couple’s wedding they shoot, as friends. They are thoughtful, talented, amazing people who work very hard to make sure your wedding is documented as art.
