Jason Keefer Photography is a wedding photography studio located in Charlottesville, Virginia USA. Serving locally, Richmond, VA & Washington DC.

Established in 2005, our goal is to delicately photograph each wedding with a mindfulness that is honest, respectful, and deliberate.

We provide the highest quality service to clients who value the art of photography and the experiences that comes along with creating it.

Our philosophy of wedding photography is story-telling fine-art documentary photojournalism combining traditional color and B&W 35mm film and digital photography. This unique blend provides an artistic flavor and a true sense of the story.

Our roots are established from ten years served in the U.S. Navy as a photographer, ranging from intelligence and reconnaissance photography, photo lab darkroom technician, digital imagery specialist, photojournalist and combat photographer. We are both heavily influenced by culture, fashion, art, music and cinema.

Jason's Style:
"I sum up my style in viewing the world's beauty in the simplest form... truth. A person or a thing's true state is so beautiful it can sometimes only be appreciated by certain eyes. I identify with this beauty and do not alter it's original state, revealing the true nature."

Tammy's Style:
"My passion is to create evocative photographs that will leave the viewer with heart felt emotion. My minimalistic approach to composition reflects a sense of clarity and innocence."

Together we blend the masculine & feminine perspective creating powerful, truthful, and delicate imagery.
